Direction of research at the Institute for High Frequency systems in communications technology

The current focus of the research activities can be summarized under the following headings:

  • High frequency characterization and modeling
  • Antenna Design
  • Analog and RF wafer-level concepts
  • Radar and Imaging applications, up to the THz range
  • Circuit design for the sub-mm range (THz range)
