First 6G test equipment installed! To support Tb/s data rates envisioned by 6G communication, new spectral bands with the related RF hardware technologies are required.

One of the most interesting but at the same time challenging is located in the 220-320 GHz transmission window.
IHCT is active in the development of core technologies for RF radio front-ends operating above 200 GHz.
