On ISSCC 2010 in San Fransisco were first results of EU-Project DOTFIVE published. Researchers in Wuppertal developed and tested a 160 GHz Quadratur Transmitter- and Receivermodul and a 650GHz Receiver with integrated antenna in Silicon / Germanium Technology.
